Hi there! I want to tell you a little something about my father, Bill. He is the drive behind Rugs to Go - the reason we are here with our awesome rugs. When I want to plan how to do something, I always ask myself 'How would Dad do it?'. I have a lot to live up to.

My dad has always been kind and compassionate, and he has a deeper purpose than just selling rugs. His purpose is to bring joy and happiness. He explained it to me this way when I first started working for him. "We want people to smile every time they see their rug. We want them to be so pleased with every part of their experience that they think of us any time they think of rugs." This is what I always try to keep in mind.
