Hey there,
It's 7am on a winter morning. The house is quiet. It's still pitch black outside. I'm sitting here on the couch with a hot mug of tea, soaking in the last few minutes before the house begins to stir. The kids will be waking shortly and I'll soon hear their cheery voices as they greet the new day.
The reason I'm writing to you is to pause for a moment to express gratitude and to say THANK YOU for your continued support.
If it weren't for your belief in our company, our products, and what we stand for, we wouldn't be where we are now with our family business, Rugs to Go. Thirty years ago, when my dad started this company with just a few rug racks, we never imagined quite how many people's lives we would touch in unexpected ways. I sold my first rug at age 5, and I still remember my heart bursting as the customer spoke to me about how perfect the rug would be in her house. When we sell a rug, we imagine the friends, family and visitors who will enjoy it's warmth and comfort for years to come. We imagine the family drawing pleasure from the colors they've chosen and the way it will draw the room and the house together. That is how we do business and we are so grateful to YOU for being our loyal customer.
